*THE BATTLE THAT GOES ON INSIDE EACH OF US*

*WE WILL HAVE TO FIGHT EACH DAY TO OVER COME THE DARK SIDE!*

One evening an old man told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.

He said, “My son, the battle is between two wolves inside us all.

One is Evil – It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.

The other is Good – It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.”

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: “Which wolf wins?”

The old man simply replied, “The one you feed.”

Which wolf are you feeding now?

*WE WILL HAVE TO FIGHT EVERY DAY TO OVERCOME THE EVIL*

I have a small nugget for you:
*Jesus has said that we should love and pray for those who hate us. With the help of the Holy Spirit we can do so. That is the only goodness that we can count on. But He never said that we should surrender to them.*

KAFIR THE WORD SHOULD BE USED INSTEAD OF "UNBELIEVER"!

Kafir The word Kafir should be used instead of "unbeliever"

KAFIR

The language of Islam is dualistic. As an example, there is never any reference to humanity as a unified whole. Instead there is a division into believer and Kafir (unbeliever). Humanity is not seen as one body, but is divided into whether the person believes Mohammed is the prophet of Allah or not.

Kafir is what the Koran and Islam call the unbelievers. Kafir is the worst word in the human language.

The Koran (Quran) defines the kafir and says that the kafir is:

Hated- 40:35 They who dispute the signs of Allah [kafirs] without authority having reached them are greatly hated by Allah and the believers. So Allah seals up every arrogant, disdainful heart. and despised by Allah.

Mocked- 83:34 On that day the faithful will mock the kafirs, while they sit on bridal couches and watch them. Should not the kafirs be paid back for what they did?

Punished- 25:77 Say to the kafirs: My Lord does not care for you or your prayers. You have rejected the truth, so sooner or later, a punishment will come.

Beheaded- 47:4 When you encounter the kafirs on the battlefield, cut off their heads until you have thor-oughly defeated them and then take the prisoners and tie them up firmly.

Confused- 6:25 Some among them listen to you [Mohammed], but We have cast veils over their [kafirs] hearts and a heaviness to their ears so that they cannot understand our signs [the Koran].

Plotted against- 86:15 They plot and scheme against you [Mohammed], and I plot and scheme against them. Therefore, deal calmly with the kafirs and leave them alone for a while.

Terrorized- 8:12 Then your Lord spoke to His angels and said, "I will be with you. Give strength to the believers. I will send terror into the kafirs' hearts, cut off their heads and even the tips of their fin-gers!"

Annihilated- 6:45 So the kafirs were annihilated. All praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.

Killed- 4:91 If they do not keep away from you or offer you peace or withdraw their hostilities, then seize them and kill them wherever they are. We give you complete authority over them.

Crucified- 5:33 The only reward for those who war against Allah and His messengers and strive to com-mit mischief on the earth is that they will be slain or crucified, have their alternate hands and feet cut off, or be banished from the land. This will be their disgrace in this world, and a great torment shall be theirs in the next except those who repent before you overpower them. Know that Allah is forgiving and merciful.

Made war on- 9:29 Make war on those who have received the Scriptures [Jews and Christians] but do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day. They do not forbid what Allah and His Messenger have forbidden. The Christians and Jews do not follow the religion of truth until they submit and pay the poll tax [jizya], and they are humiliated.

A Muslim is not the friend of a kafir- 3:28 Believers should not take kafirs as friends in preference to other believers. Those who do this will have none of Allah's protection and will only have themselves as guards. Allah warns you to fear Him for all will return to Him.

A kafir is ignorant- 6:111 Even if We had sent down the angels to them [kafirs], the dead had spoken to them, and We had gathered all things before their eyes, they would not believe unless Allah had willed it, but most of them are ignorant.

Evil- 23:97 And say: Oh my Lord! I seek refuge with You from the suggestions of the evil ones [kafirs]. And I seek refuge with you, my Lord, from their presence.

Disgraced- 37:18 Tell them, "Yes! And you [kafirs] will be disgraced." a partner of Satan 25:55 And still they worship others besides Allah who can neither help nor hurt them. The kafir is Satan's ally against Allah.
Unclean- 9:28 Oh, believers, only the kafirs are unclean.

Cursed- 33:60 They [kafirs] will be cursed, and wherever they are found, they will be seized and murdered. It was Allah's same practice with those who came before them, and you will find no change in Allah's ways.

Stolen from- Bukhari 5,59,537 On the day of Khaybar, Allah's Apostle divided the spoils of war of Khaybar with the ratio of two shares for the horse and one share for the foot soldier.

Raped- Ishaq 759 [Mohammed's official biography] On the occasion of Khaybar, Mohammed put forth new orders about forcing sex with captive women. If the woman was pregnant she was not to be used for sex until after the birth of the child. Nor were any women to be used for sex who were unclean with regard to Muslim laws about menstruation.

Christians and Jews are infidels, but infidels are kafirs, too. Polytheists are Hindus, but they are also kafirs. The terms infidel and polytheist are religious words. Only the word "kafir" shows the common political treatment of Christian, Jew, Hindu, Buddhist, animist, atheist and humanist.

The word kafir should be used instead of "unbeliever", the standard word. Unbeliever is a neutral term. The Koran defines the kafir and kafir is not a neutral word. A kafir is not merely someone who does not agree with Islam, but a kafir is evil, disgusting, the lowest form of life. Kafirs can be tortured, killed, lied to and cheated. So the usual word "unbeliever" does not reflect the political reality of Islam.

Evil- 23:97 And say: Oh my Lord! I seek refuge with You from the suggestions of the evil ones [kafirs]. And I seek refuge with you, my Lord, from their presence.

Jesus will bring Salvation to those Muslims who ask Him to forgive them

***HEALING PROMISES OF GOD***

HEAR ARE JUST A FEW SCRIPTURES FROM THE WORD OF GOD FOR YOU TO BUILD YOUR FAITH WITH

Ephesians 6:2 & 3*Honor your father & mother; (which is the first commandment with a promise;) That it may be well with you, & you may live long on the earth.

Matthew 4:23-25*Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar & there rememberth thy brother hath ought against thee; Leave  there thy gift before the alter, & go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, & then come & offer thy gift. Agree with thine adversary, whiles thou  art in the way with  him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge,  & the judge deliver thee to the officer, & thou be cast into prison.

Mark 1:32-34*And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all that were diseased, & them that were possess  with devils. And all the city was gathered together at the door. And he healed many that were sick of divers diseases, & c    st out many devils; & suffered not the devils to speak, because the knew him.

Luke 4:40*Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto Him; & He laid His hands on every one of them, & healed them.

Matthew 9:35*And Jesus went about  all the cities & villages, teaching in their synagogues, & preaching the gospel of the kingdom, & healing every sickness & every disease among the people.

Matthew 8:2-4*And, behold, there came a leper & worshiped Him, saying, Lord, if You will, You can make me clean. And Jesus put forth His hand, & touched him, saying, I will; be you clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed. And Jesus says to him, See you tell  no man; but go your way, show yourself to the priest, & offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony to them.

Mark 1:40-42*And there came a leper to Him, beseeching (begging) Him, & kneeling down to Him, & saying to Him, If you will, You can make me clean. And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth His hand, and touched him,& said to him, I will; be you clean. And as soon as He had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleaned.

Matthew 14:14*And Jesus went forth, & saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, & He healed their sick.

Matthew 8:16 & 17*When the evening was come, they brought to Him many that were possesses with devils (demons): & He cast out the spirits with His word, & healed all that were sick:
That it might be fulfilled (come true) which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, & bore our sickness.

Isaiah 53:4 & 5*Surely He borne our griefs (sickness), & carried our sorrows(pains): yet we did esteem (consider) Him stricken, smitten of God (Elohim), & afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; & with His stripes (whip-lashes) we are healed.

1 Peter 2:24*Who His own self bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live to righteousness: by whose stripes (lash wounds)

John 6:2*And great multitude follow Him, because the saw His miracles which He did on them that were diseased.

Matthew  9:27-30*And when Jesus departed from there, two blind men followed Him, crying, &
saying, You son of David, have mercy on us. And when He was come into the house the blind men came to Him; & Jesus says to them, Believe you' that I am able to do this? They said to Him, Yea Lord. Then touched He their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it to you. And their eyes were opened; & Jesus strictly charged them, saying, See that no man know it.

Matthew 8:5-13*And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came to Him a centurion, beseeching (begging) Him, And saying,Lord, my servant lies at home sick of the palsy (a paralytic), grievously (terribly) tormented. And Jesus says to him, I will come & heal him. The centurion answered & said, Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof: but speak the word only, & my servant shall be healed. For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: & I say to this man, Go and he goes, I say to this one to come and he comes.

Faith For Healing

MATTHEW 8:5-13*And when Jesus had entered Capernaum,a centurion came to Him, (Jesus) entreating Him, and saying, "Lord, my servant is lying paralyzed at home, suffering great pain." And He (Jesus) said to the centurion (a gentile), "I will heal him." But the centurion answered and said, (Lord, I am not worthy for You to come under my roof, but just, (just) say the word, and my servant (will be healed). For I, too, (also) am a man under authority, with soldiers under me; and I say to this one,'Go!' and he goes, and to another, 'Come! and he comes, and to my slave, 'Do this! and he does it." (Your words make the law work)
Now when Jesus heard this, He (Jesus) marveled, and said to those who were following,"Truly I say to you, I have not found such great faith with anyone in Israel.
11."And I say to you, that many shall come from east and west, and recline at the table with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven; but the sons of the kingdom shall be cast out into the outer darkness; in that place there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth." And Jesus said to the centurion,"Go your way; let it be done to you (as you have believed.") And the servant was healed that very hour.

Christ, though His healing, showed that He had compassion on all who were sick. At Capernaum, a centurion sought healing for one of his servants
This Roman military leader demonstrated an amazing faith in Jesus by saying Jesus did not need to be present to heal. He could just speak the word, and the servant would be healed.
In v.9 the centurion compared Jesus' authority to his own. He acknowledged that the disease which afflicted his servant was subject to Jesus, because Jesus had the authority of God behind Him. Jesus said He had not seen anything like this centurion's faith from anyone in Israel..

James 5:14-16:*Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the Name of the Lord; and the prayer offered in faith will restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven him. Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.

The result of this prayer would be physical healing. And if the sickness was the result of person sins, they would be the result of personal sins, they would be forgiven.

Our faith is based in God's Word and His provision for heal us by just speaking the word. And God's healing power is manifested through the  leaders in the church. When we come to Jesus asking for healing or when we come to our leaders, we can come in faith because we know that God's provision for healing is there.

The provision for your healing has been established by God. He himself is your personal Physician. He has declared that He will heal. God has also provided healing through the atonement of Christ. He has empowered believer believes with power to pray for the healing of others. Through faith, we can pray for ourselves and for others who are sick, trusting in the God who calls himself our Healer.

If you need healing today, come to God in faith. You can approach Him with confidence through Jesus.

<Oil given for healing.>

Begin with prayer, followed by reading of (James 5:13-16), & other readings as an encouragement to faith. In a private anointing service some instruction should be given to the individual seeking to be healed. After instruction & prayer place a small amount of oil on the forehead of the person for which the prayer is offered. As his finger touches the forehead he will say, brother or sister, I anoint you in the Name of the Father, & of the Son, & of the Holy Spirit. Then hands should be laid upon that person while a second prayer is offered.

**Faith for Healing **

Matthew 4:4*But He answered & said,"It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God'."

Psalms 103:3*Who forgives all your iniquities, who Heals All your Diseases,

Psalms 107:20 *He sent His word & Healed them, & delivered them from their destruction.

1 Peter 2:24*Who Himself born our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness-by whose strips you were Healed.

Acts 10:38*"How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit & with power, who went about doing good & healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him."

Matthew 9:29*Then He touched their eyes, saying,"According to your faith let it be to you."

Matthew 9:35*Then Jesus went about all the cities & villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, & healing every sickness & every disease among the people.

Matthew 7:11*"If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in  heaven give good things to those who ask Him!

James 5:13-15*Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, & let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the Name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, & the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

Hebrews 13:8*Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, & forever.

Mark 16:15-18, 20*And He said to them, "Go into all the world & preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes & is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My Name the will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; They will take up serpents; & if the drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them;they will lay hands on the sick, & they will recover." And they went out & preached everywhere, the Lord working with them & confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen.

1 John 3:22 & 23*And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments  do those things that are pleasing in His sight. And this is His commandment: that we should believe on The Name God His Son Jesus Christ & love one another, as He gave us commandment.

1 John 4:4*You are of God, little children, & have overcome them, because He ho is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

John 14:10; 12-14*"Do you not believe that I am in the Father, & the Father in Me? The words that I speak on to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works.12."Most surely, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; & greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.13. "And whatever you ask in My Name, that I ill do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.14. "If you ask anything in My Name, I will do it.

John 15:7 & 8*"I you abide in Me & My words abide in you , you will ask what you desire, & it shall be done for you. 8. "By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.

Luke 6:46-49*"But why do you call Me 'Lord, Lord,' & not do the things which I say? I will show you what he is like who comes to me and hears My Words and puts them into practice. He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on rock. When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built. 49.But the one who hears My Words and does not put them into practice is like a man who built a house on the ground without a foundation. The moment the torrent struck that house, it collapsed and its destruction was complete."

Psalms 84:11*For the Lord God is a sun & shield; the Lord will give grace & glory; no good thing will He withhold from those who walk upright.

James 2:20 & 22*But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?

Do you see that faith was working together with his works, & by works faith was made perfect?

SALVATION PRAYER

SALVATION PRAYER

Salvation Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,
I come to You in the Name of Jesus.
You said in Your Word,"...if thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, Thou Shalt Be Saved" (Romans 10:9).

I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

I believe He was raised from the dead for my justification.

Your Word says,"...with the Heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation" ( Rom. 10:10).

I do believe with my heart, and I now confess with my mouth Jesus as my Lord. Therefore, I am saved!

Thank You, Lord!

If you have prayed this prayer sincerely from your heart, then the Bible says you are now saved! To grow in your new Christian life, it is important to study the Bible and to pray every day to your Heavenly Father. You also need to belong to a good, Bible-based church where you can be taught the Word of God.

Welcome to the family of God!

As evidence of giving Jesus control of your life, He wants you to publicly confess Him and follow  Him in baptism. The Bible says, "They that gladly received His Word were baptized: and the ...Lord added to His Church daily such as a should be saved" (Acts 2:41-47).

*Jesus wants you to grow into s strong, faithful disciple.* The Bible says, "As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the Word, that you may grow thereby"(1 Peter 2:2-3) .

*Jesus wants you to experience victory over sin in your daily life.* The Bible says, "Whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even out faith"(John 5:4).*

*The Christian life is difficult, but "Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world"(1John 4:4).*

*There will be acts of disobedience and failures because of our human nature. But "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and cleans us from all unrighteousness"(1 John 1:9).*

So, when you sin confess to our Lord Jesus Christ and claim His promise of forgiveness.

LEAVE ME A COMMENT AND LET ME KNOW IF YOU ASKED JESUS INTO YOUR LIFE TODAY. Gog Bless you today. *Pastor Jack*
